Order Pick-Up Policy
Online purchases must be picked up up to one week after the purchase date. Failure to pick up purchases will result in order cancellation and refund with re-stocking fees deducted from purchase price.
Damaged or defective product returns are accepted up to one week after the pick-up date. Full refunds will be authorized after the item is returned to the store.
To qualify for a return and full refund the product must be either:
- Damaged beyond repair,
- Unable to be used the way it is intended due to damage,
- Appears to be heavily used prior to purchase,
- Or listed incorrectly (Ex. damage not specified, wrong dimensions).
We also offer partial refunds for damaged products without returns. Send us a message providing proof of damage or defects and we will work out a fair refund.
